Ryan Willen is an associate at Lallo & Feldman who focuses his practice on civil litigation, Sports and Entertainment legal matters, as well as Criminal Defense. He is a northeast Ohio native who currently resides in Downtown Cleveland with his Fiancé, Talia. Mr. Willen is a volunteer with Bellefaire Jewish Big Brother Big Sister as a Big Brother.

Mr. Willen graduated from Washington & Jefferson College (PA) in 2018 with a B.A in Economics and History. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Willen pursued a career in athletics as a coach and served as the head coach for Israel’s Junior National Team in European Championships. This experience provided him with a unique perspective to understand, evaluate and address the issues facing athletes, parents, and athletic organizations. Mr. Willen obtained his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2023. Mr. Willen was admitted to practice law in Ohio in November 2023.

Prior to joining Lallo & Feldman, Mr. Willen worked in Cleveland, Ohio as a civil litigator specializing in Workers’ Compensation Defense, Employment Defense, as well as advising athletes and parents in NCAA eligibility, compliance, and Name, Image & Likeness (“NIL”) matters. Mr. Willen gained valuable experience by personally conducting numerous depositions and trying multiple civil cases to a jury.
